File Types Accepted - JPG, TIF, EPS, PDF
Color Settings - CMYK: US Web Coated (SWOP)
Resolution - 300dpi minimum
Platform - PC or MAC (PC Preferred)
Color Bleed - 0.125" (1/8th inch)
Canvas - Set Canvas Size to 8.75" x 14.25" (no crop marks)

Content Guidelines - 0.25" (¼ inch from edge of canvas)
Brochures should ideally be designed in Adobe Photoshop and saved as a .JPG at 10-12 quality, .TIF, or FLATTENED .PSD (source file). If sending an Illustrator EPS, please make sure that ALL TEXT is converted to OUTLINES. When sending artwork to us, please make sure that your files are named as follows:

COMPANYNAME-OUTSIDE.jpg
This file should be the OUTSIDE
of the brochure if the job is a
BIFOLD or TRIFOLD brochure.
If NO FOLD, please label as
COMPANYNAME-ONE.jpg
COMPANYNAME-INSIDE.jpg
This file should be the INSIDE
of the brochure if the job is a
BIFOLD or TRIFOLD brochure.
If NO FOLD, please label as
COMPANYNAME-TWO.jpg
All artwork should be submitted as
ONE image for the outside and ONE image for the inside.
NOTE: We do accept other file types, but your order may incur a file correction or design fee in order for us put your artwork into a format that our Press Department can use. If you have any questions concerning this, please email our Design Manager.
